Lovely vintage 80s red velvet skirt suit. The top has dramatic shoulders with a scalloped peplum hem and cut out back. The skirt is a strait maxi with back slit. Both pieces are fully lined. It\u2019s a show stopper! Hand made I believe and can be styled so many ways for versatility. I would say it would fit a modern day S\/M with the top having a larger bust I think.
