Good, used antique condition w/ flaws. This is a sheer black skirt that has decorative rope embroidery trim along the edges & pleats at the lower skirt above hem. It is layered w/ different tiered sections of the tulle.
This is an ivory/cream color. Some buttons are covered in fabric and some have worn off. Things very petite in the waist. It is a very old piece and reflects its age in the shape and wear.
