The belt is made of paper that is sandwiched between clear plastic on front and black plastic on back. Lettered across the top of the belt it says: FIORUCCI SAFETY RECORD SPRING 1980. However, I actually think it doesn't look quite as bad in person, as the photos are stark and taken up close.
