Vintage Light Blue Adorable Size 2 Girls Party Dress. Light blue material with lace accents. Blue material has small red flowers with green stems that are faint and add to the character of the dress. There is a small smudgy spot on the collar on the left side. Also, there is a bit of fraying at the end of one of the tie backs. I've tried to photograph both areas.
